Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your first session.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book physiotherapy?+

No — physiotherapy is a primary-contact profession. You can book directly. We coordinate with your physician when needed.

How many sessions will I need?+

Most patients see meaningful change in 4–8 sessions. After your initial assessment, Dr. Yukta will share a clear plan with milestones.

Is dry needling painful?+

Most patients only feel a brief twitch sensation. Needles are extremely fine, sterile, and single-use.

Is cupping therapy safe?+

Yes — when performed by a trained therapist. Mild marks may appear and fade within a few days.

Do you offer home physiotherapy?+

Yes. Home visits are available in Ankleshwar, especially for post-surgery, elderly and neurological patients.

How long is a session?+

First assessment: about 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups: 30–45 minutes.
